Faust

The recently restored, original version of Friedrich Wilhelm Murnau's 1926 classic tale of God and Satan at war over earth and wagering on the soul of Faust, is one of the defining movies in the history of German cinema...
On Sunday 19 October it is being screened in the richly historical Tuschinski with the original score by Berliner Paul Hensel performed by the Madrid's cinema orchestra, The Silent Band, under the baton of Javier Pérez de Azpeita.
Note that this event also takes place in Den Bosch (14 October, Theater aan de Parade), Utrecht (15 October, Vredenburg) and Ghent (16 October, Capitole Theater during the Flemish Film Festival).
